Whenever we shoot footage for our case studies, we take a candid aproach, ensuring people and the environments they are in feel natural and authentic. People should be heroed wherever possible, and a sense of movement and interaction should be captured at all times. Video content should never feel static or staged, we want to capture real people and real moments showcasing the impact our work has on the environment around is.

It is very important that people are always present, even if just crops
Strong focal point
Make sure there is a clear focus in all footage, heroing the content and cropping into the most important parts
In action
We always depict people in action. Not fake and exagerrated movement, but real snapshot moments
Real everyday environments
Always shoot in real environments that are authentic and everyday
Product shots
When capturing products and packaging, ensure the product is the focus and show human interaction whenever possible

Reportage/documentary style
We shoot in a fresh, contemporary, documentary style
Bright, natural light
Bright, natural lighting with no filters
High saturation
Our images are highly saturated and full of life, not washed out and dull
Depth of field
To accentuate focus, we can use depth of field in some of our shots

Whenever we shoot footage of webinars we spotlight real employees and experts in real environments. Our webinar footage needs to feel authentic and trustworthy, passing on reliable information.

When setting up a webinar ensure the speaker is always positioned in the middle 
of the shot. 

The environment should feel authentic and professional but not cold. Remove any background elements that could be distracting, such as posters. Don’t use any effects such as depth of field or blur on the background or subject.

03. Graphic elements

Using our assets to add brand personality to video content such as lower thirds and end frames. Our graphics and impact lines create brand distinction whilst also becoming a useful device to hold key content and information.

Use the focus areas to create clear space for lower thirds. Ensure that they don’t take up too much space by cropping the focus area in the bottom left-hand corner. Use either blue or red to ensure the lower third is visible. Only use shapes from our brand toolkit.
